Happy Hills
In Week 6, of our Bolder Boulder Training. This week we had back to back hill workouts for Tuesday. At first I was not looking forward to, hearing they were 90 seconds long. But Evergreen and 5th street wasn't too bad. Had to do 7 reps, ended up doing 8 at 90 seconds each and since our coach Jenni forgot her shoes, she was in her uggs and on the clock. No recovery time, one after another. Half way thru I felt happy and noticed my fitness level has increased. Hills use to make me happy. I felt like a runner again. Only took 5 wks seesh. And not being on Cedar St. helped the cause.
