Started training even though it's many months away. I want to have a good base before I spend 5 weeks in Asia where I probably won't be running at all. I've been trying to work on speed and have been consistently running 7:40 miles for anywhere between 5 and 7 miles. Shorter runs I can knock that down to 7 flat. Haven't done anything longer than 7 but would like to be up to 13 by June. Not sure if all this is just silly and I will lose it while I'm traveling but I figure it's worth a shot. Plus it's a great stress reliever while I write my thesis.
Good luck in the Boulder Boulder everyone!
Welcome
This blog keeps us connected from city to city while we train for Road Races, like the Bolder Boulder 010.
We can motivate each other by venting/inspiring/advising and most importantly blogging.
From coast to coast, we will all have something good to say. Representing from the West to the East:
Flagstaff / Boulder / Boston / Ithaca / Albany, NY
