No not the tv show, although I would like to race LC in LA.
So I just got done with the hill workout night. I basically dreaded it all day, and it was 90 degrees when we started BUT it really wasn't that bad. We did warmup + 8 hills (sprint up same hill 8 times, the last 2 go hard) stride downhill, and rest 35 secs at the bottom. Thank god for the ipod. I was the only one who had music, and everyone else kept asking if it helped. Sure did...finished as the fastest girl each time. San Fran's hills def. still take the cake for the title of horrible, but even though Chitown has no hills this was a good workout...try it BUT bring the tunes!
Welcome
