Welcome
This blog keeps us connected from city to city while we train for Road Races, like the Bolder Boulder 010.
We can motivate each other by venting/inspiring/advising and most importantly blogging.
From coast to coast, we will all have something good to say. Representing from the West to the East:
Flagstaff / Boulder / Boston / Ithaca / Albany, NY
So I had no idea what "P.R." was that Runner's World Magazine kept blaming about. "Personal Record" Ran the Westend 3k last week for Thursday workout and got my p.r. 13:46 for 1.86 miles. And at Tuesday Practice for long intervals pulled off a 3:06 for a 1/2 mile. I have a need for speed.

BUT Week 7...I am lil sore from last week. Knee is still attached. Need to stretch more. Looking forward to hitting 2 hr long run this weekend...weather is amazing. HI 70's n kinda cloudy all wk.
CARI- That was not slow! That was perfect pace n am still thinking about the insane delicious hot dog breakfast I had at 9 am afterwards. Can't wait for you to come back to run again in 3 weeks! Lil Kirby cya in a week.
