Seeing my 3 return from the 22 mile Ithaca run was a confidence booster for the bystander too!
Even Wise Papa- after his fall- was doing well. The ice baths and wine tasting didn't hurt either :).
I joined Gene, Pete and Jeff on a run at UNH this weekend-though I was left behind-no surprise there. But Gene and Pete are enjoying the tapering.
