Ellipitical Winter

I did the elliptical machine for the first time in a while on Wednesday...it was heaven! I am looking forward to a winter full of it.

20 miles this weekend. I fear I am coming down with a cold, so hopefully I will make it through and airborne will at least get me through until Sunday. Peter and my dad are coming to visit for the run and then we are going to do the finger lakes wine tours, which I manager to build in as part of my homework! What a great major :)
