Welcome
This blog keeps us connected from city to city while we train for Road Races, like the Bolder Boulder 010.
We can motivate each other by venting/inspiring/advising and most importantly blogging.
From coast to coast, we will all have something good to say. Representing from the West to the East:
Flagstaff / Boulder / Boston / Ithaca / Albany, NY

15 Miler!
Hello! Cari I ran the same amount of time on Saturday too. It gets really hot in AZ so I woke up at 5am and was running by 5:30 on a SATURDAY. However, it was a great run. I did 14.84 miles in 2 hours and 24 minutes. It was a huge confidence builder because I felt that I could have gone a little longer...maybe it was the new shoes I got on Thursday. I run in a 4 mile loop (multiple times) around the neighborhood...Justin drives by to give me water and on Saturday he brought me an orange! Kirby thanks for the new blog name! I also think that the time goes by faster because all I think about is planning the wedding...I'm a dork. Cannot wait to see you guys in Chi-town. Have we figured out a good place to eat before the race!?!

I have a good friend who lives in Chicago. I will ask her where we can get the best carbs!
