I am off to my cousins wedding where I will be joined by my brother and father. Hopefully we will not drink too much tonight & the rain will hold off so that we can get up and do 18 mile tomorrow morning and then go celebrate!
I like am have been visiting the PT & also love the electronic machine (the ultra sound). My hip is feeling a lot better. Now I just need to get over the shin splints.
