Welcome

This blog keeps us connected from city to city while we train for Road Races, like the Bolder Boulder 010.
We can motivate each other by venting/inspiring/advising and most importantly blogging.
From coast to coast, we will all have something good to say. Representing from the West to the East:

18 miles after a very important day

saturday i woke with a head ache, but I have run with a head ache before. the day was overcast, humid and rain predicted. the pace was slow but 4 miles out i was feeling well. I was nearing a turnaround point and need to find a path to strech out the run. the rain started between miles 5 and 6. Long story short 3 hours and a few minutes 18 miles per map my run, with 2 G2 stops, no ipod. I did the ice bath immediately after and it appears to have worked wonders for my legs and back.
we are all very happy for cari and mike. keep running!!
