last weekend I ran 15.5 miles per google maps, 2 and a half hours. the heat and humidity have made it very difficult to run and killed the motivation. my weekly totals have not exceeded 30 miles which is not good at this time. this morning i had a very good 7.5 mile run and earlier this week i did the double hills for 4 miles. my plan is to get in a 3, 3.5 and 4 hour run 3 weeks before the race. I have found summer is just too busy to train for a marathon. I hope you are all on track with your training.

Yeah for your first posting! Watch the documentary- Spirit of the Marathon that was a major inspiration to me. Keep up the good work and good luck battling the humidity!
