Hey Guys-I decided I would give an update on Scotty & my training. We've been doing well out here in wine country. I got 15 miles in today, and Scott's been getting the miles in as well but got pneumonia late last week. He will taking a little break from training until he gets better. But if for some reason he doesn't get in any more miles in before the race, he will probably still beat us all.... haha. Not fair. Well good luck with training everyone! Let me know if you get any knee or hip pain. I've become very good at fixing these problems!

P.S.- Chocolate milk is the most refreshing and best recovery drink eva!!! Try it out!!
P.S.S.- Ice baths work wonders after long runs.. let me know if you want some pointers on how to make it not painful...
